A full refund will be issued (if applicable).
After Preparation Begins:
Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
If approved, a partial refund (excluding preparation costs) may be provided.

IEvents and partner vendors reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
Out-of-stock items
Inability to deliver (e.g. delivery area restrictions)
Unexpected closures
If a restaurant cancels:
You will receive a full refund.
You will be notified via the app and/or email.
Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 1–3 business days.
The time to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
