IEvents App Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations by Customers

  • Before Preparation Begins:
    You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, as long as the restaurant has not started preparing your order.

    • A full refund will be issued (if applicable).

  • After Preparation Begins:
    Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

    • If approved, a partial refund (excluding preparation costs) may be provided.

    • Contact support for assistance.


2. Order Cancellations by Restaurants

  • IEvents and partner vendors reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Out-of-stock items

    • Inability to deliver (e.g. delivery area restrictions)

    • Unexpected closures

If a restaurant cancels:

  • You will receive a full refund.

  • You will be notified via the app and/or email.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 1–3 business days.

  • The time to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
